sauteed bell peppers and onions (sauteed in olive oil)
As an aside this was one of the best dinners I have ever thrown together. I had low expectations and was so delighted. I squeezed some lime juice with the peppers. The texture was so awesome and the flavors divine
Chocolate smoothie (I am guessing about 24 oz)
- 12 oz chocolate Silk
1 Tbsp reduced fat peanut butter
4 Tbsp malted powder
1 lg banana
whipped cream
12 oz water
