I have done it, I have started a new attempt to keep a food journal. I have bought a nifty composition book, small, pocket size. I have kept it with me today, writing as I eat and I still manage to space out some of the things that pass through my mouth :)

6 oz undetermined punch
1 cup of water (I actually think the cups at work are 12 oz I will have to measure)
munched on shelled sunflower seeds throughout the afternoon
4 pm - 3" by 1" piece of white cake with jam filling, whipped topping
7 pm - dinner 1/2 Elijah's cheeseburger (Jack in the Box)
2 bites of Sarah's bacon ultimate cheeseburger
lg salad - Southwestern with black beans, roasted corn, iceberg lettuce, grape tomato, spicy corn sticks, used 1/3 of salad dressing package

I realized after ordering that I ordered fried foods (for anyone that doesn't know me that well I am trying to avoid fried foods for at least 3 weeks. I will be wearing a strapless dress in my sister's wedding and would like all the skin showing to be a bit glowy. I will have to try to be more diligent starting today, I mean tomorrow. Note to self:ask Nicole how to do strikethrough
On the subject of food, I bought a juicer. I made orange juice this weekend. That alone will be worth the price.
