So Whatever Happened
...to my food journal you ask? I have given it up for a small while. I should be resuming this Sunday. I found with so much going on in
my life that I was making very bad food choices. I was no longer journaling as I ate, but recalling all the unhealthy food I ate over
prior days. My original goal was to not only to record my food but to figure out calories, if not fat and such. I wasn't doing any of it
and the food journal had become another way to beat myself up so it seemed senseless. This weekend I am getting some extended time to
myself so I have it high on my list to purchase a small nutritional guide.
