Trying
I'm trying to get some where with my food/physical activity issues. Lately this is all I can muster. I see the trend is alarming but I don't know what to do. What also makes me mad is that I can see that dinner is what kills me most of the time. It is the only meal I can really control what my kids eat and yet it is probably the trashiest for all of us. I guess its a start. Isn't the the whole point of food journaling, to see where the weakness/strengths are?
